REFUND POLICY

We want you to love your order. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in their original, unused condition. To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@theconservatorypost.com with your order number.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, limited edition products, and bookmarks are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
